Placing your Lab with LRR
Have you contacted your Lab's breeder?Responsible breeders have a take-back clause in their contracts, which means that they will take back puppies of their breeding for the lifetime of the dog. Many breeders have waiting lists of people looking for an older dog of their breeding. Please honor your contract with the breeder by calling the breeder before placing your dog in rescue. |
We accept only purebred Labs, but do not require AKC paperwork. If your Lab is not a purebred, please contact North East All Retriever Rescue.
We are unable to accept any dog with a history of aggressive behavior towards people.
We reserve the right to refuse any dog into our program.
