Labrador Retriever Rescue Home

We will not be accepting surrender applications over the summer, from June 15, 2014 - September 1, 2014. We will continue accepting adoption, foster, and volunteer applications during that time. We look forward to receiving your surrender applications again after September 1.

Labrador Retriever Rescue, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to placing purebred Labrador Retrievers in suitable loving homes.

For over 25 years, LRR has been overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors and staffed largely by volunteer workers made up of LRR adopters, Labrador breeders, and dog trainers.

Since 1988, we have helped place about 2,000 Labs in permanent homes.

Labs come into our program only from our area and are adopted only within our area. Our area covers Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Maine.

LRR's experienced volunteers offer follow-up help and practical information about Labs. Many LRR volunteers are Lab breeders, trainers, and/or owners of a Rescue Lab from LRR.
